Yes, we sell gift vouchers instore (or phone us to buy it over the phone and we will post it out to you).
Can I leave it outside?
All our products are made for outdoor display. Natural weathering will occur, but that’s part of the appeal.
What sizes are your firewood holders?
Our round firewood holders range from 450mm to 2,000mm in diameter, and are priced between $195 to $1,600.
The core 10 steel surround ensures the rust doesn't penetrate the surface, making for a product that will last a lifetime. Once filled with wood and kindling, they make an extremely attractive feature, both indoors and outdoors. The internal shelving can be modified upon request. Don't want to fill it with wood? Think plant or floral display unit.

What sizes and price range are your fire bowls?
Our Fire bowls are made from pressed or forged steel, are rivet-plated and range in size from 600mm to 1,500mm. Pricing starts at $335 up to $2,500. A variety of bases are available.
Can you deliver?
We are happy to deliver within a 150km radius (includes Melbourne). A delivery charge will apply.
Shipping information:
When purchasing an online item, the shipping fees are automatically calculated based on size and weight of the item and its destination. The packaging fee is: $3.00.
What’s your refund policy?
We accept online payment by credit card (Mastercard and Visa). All transactions are secure and in Australian dollars ($AUD).
As we produce and source products which are handmade using natural materials, steel, oil drums, recycled, upcycled etc, refunds will not be given for any perceived imperfections. Each product has its own unique character and natural finish. The colour variations are part of the intentional design and cannot be controlled.
If your product is damaged upon delivery, contact us and we will replace your item immediately (providing the item is available, otherwise a replacement will be offered or a full refund). We will do our best to resolve the issue. Please carefully inspect your product/s on arrival, all claims for breakage must be made within seven days of receiving, no claims will be warranted after this time.
We also require proof via image on email so we can make our insurance claim on these item/s.
